Performance & Discipline

Assets & Quarters

Awards & Exit

How it works

Simple steps for common HR tasks (example: leave).

1) Submit

Officer enters dates and type. Attach documents if needed.

2) Checks

System checks holidays, blackouts, overlaps and balance.

3) Approvals & update

Commander → HR approval. Balance updates. Audit saved.

Security & access

  • Role-based access (RBAC) by unit and duty
  • Encryption in transit and at rest
  • Full audit trail for every change
  • Automatic policy checks and alerts

Roles & access (examples)

  • IGPOL — sees all reports and activity (read-only dashboard).
  • DIGPOL — sees force-wide updates (read-only dashboard).
  • Director HRM — final approvals and full oversight.
  • Head ICT — manages users, access and system settings.
  • Head HRM — manages day-to-day HR tasks and reviews.
  • HR Staff — enters and updates records as assigned.

What is a “blackout”?

  1. Dates when leave is not allowed for some units or the whole force (e.g. elections or major operations).
  2. The system blocks requests in these dates and records who set the rule.
Example
Election Week
Scope
CID, Ops, Traffic
Rule
No leave allowed
